People think I woke up one day and became “the Emaar Beachfront guy.” Truth is, everything I did before real estate built the toolkit I use with clients every single day.

⚡️ Luxury retail (Harrods, Selfridges, Tommy Hilfiger)

If you can handle peak-season VIP clients who want the exact shade of navy at 8:57pm, you can handle a back-to-back viewing day with three offers and a last-minute contract change. I learned: polish, patience, and how to listen between the lines. Today that translates into sharper briefs, cleaner negotiations, and homes that actually match your lifestyle (not just your Pinterest board).

⚡️ Head of Ops for 110 salons (RUSH Hair)

During COVID, I helped reopen a national network; scheduling, compliance, training, safety, the lot. Real estate looks glamorous, but it’s operations that win: timelines, checklists, handovers, snagging, DLD paperwork, utilities, move-ins. You see the keys on Reel day; I run the engine you don’t see.

⚡️ Visual merchandising & brand

Storytelling sells. In retail it’s windows and lighting; in property it’s flow, staging, and presenting a home so buyers feel the lifestyle. That’s why my listings show well, move fast, and appraise cleanly.

⚡️ Data & targets

Retail drilled discipline into me: numbers matter. In Dubai that means pricing off today’s comps, understanding off-plan vs secondary dynamics, and protecting you from overpaying because a view made you emotional.

⚡️ Resilience & urgency

Left home at 15, built a career across the UK, moved to Dubai solo. I work fast, I don’t flinch, and I get things done, especially when the timeline’s tight.
