Premier League TV asked me at the 2015 Asian Football Awards what success for South Asians in football would look like. My answer? When these awards are no longer needed. Nearly 10 years on, progress has been made, but it’s been slow, and the community remains underrepresented. The mission continues. Through advocacy and events, we will keep striving for fair representation in the game. ⚽️🏆
