How often have you forgotten to fill your cup Mama? How many thousands of times have you neglected your own peace, your comfort, your health and even your happiness?  How often have you been putting your own needs last? Well I am here to tell you that is not sustainable and you’re going to burn 🔥 out - fast if you don’t switch things up. 
I was that Mama, years ago. I speak from experience. I was that frazzled burnt out Mama that never took time to herself, never took time to simply be, to replenish and rejuvenate, never did tapping, breath-work or meditation. It took me years to understand that my children need a well rested, well nourished, and pampered Mama, because how could I fill their cups if mine is empty and running on fumes!? I practice many healing modalities, and getting a massage is a huge part of my life. I need a bi-weekly reset at the least, aiming to come in weekly to improve lymphatic drainage and assisting all this cleansing I am currently doing.  This is a reminder to all the hardworking, neglected, sleep deprived, under nourished, and frazzled Mamas out there. Take care of YOU because nobody else will. It’s up to you Mama! You deserve to feel relaxed and taken care of for all that hard work you do. You are doing so much already to pour into the next generation that will rule the world!! Know that you are appreciated and definitely you are worth it ❤️
