Goodbye to sadness, loneliness, guilt and regret. I have carried these with me for long enough.  It’s time to leave them behind at a cute little cafe in NYC before I head west.  I left these unhealthy emotions (in the form of physical rocks), that have been weighing me down for far too long for good. It’s time for me to  spring into something new and fresh. As I say goodbye NYC I immediately begin to feel lighter and more prepared for my new amazing life ahead✨
