🌳 I walked around the park and gathered a bunch of twigs. I found 27 of them. Twig snapping and breaking can shift the triggers from a variety of toxins in the brain 🧠. I used to be a preschool teacher and this is actually an activity that can be done with the 2.5-5 year old crowd. Mamas of all ages , try this with your little ones or not so little ones.
