## Caption

Cooking for someone is the greatest act of love . Last Saturday I spent 7 hours in my kitchen and made 3 bonus dishes on top of the usual morning cleanse foods and juices, and my son’s meals. 

All recipes are overt fat, dairy, gluten + corn free. This roasted potato recipe has a smidge of high quality olive oil. 

✨Savory Eggplant Salad Boats,
