First the super stress morning, then the car conking out in an underground garage, and tonight I had to pick up my dog and run away from a coyote that was following us across the street!  So I decided to unwind with adrenal applesauce and a bottle of “wine” aka wild blueberry juice for adaptogenic stress tolerance support. 

Oh what a day what a day. Hopefully tomorrow is easier. Ever have one of those days? It not about avoiding them - but rather about strengthening your Self to be able to adapt and roll with the punches.
