Just experienced the incredible Pengerupukan Ceremony last night, where the streets came alive with ogoh-ogoh, these giant monster-like creatures. It’s all part of the Balinese New Year, called Nyepi Day.

Today, the island is in total silence, a day for self-reflection and meditation. No lights, no noise, just peace. It’s such a unique tradition that really makes you appreciate the quiet moments in life.
