As a CEO, I often find myself wearing multiple hats, balancing different roles, and navigating diverse expectations.

It’s about ensuring that every party involved in my work feels valued and satisfied with the results. But let me tell you, “positioning” myself as the leader and decision-maker isn’t easy.

It requires fairness, clarity, and a constant effort to make everyone happy while staying true to myself.

As the CEO of ramahtamah.id, I’ve faced countless moments where I tried to be perfect, to do it all, and to meet every expectation. Yet, I’d often end up drained and disconnected from my own needs, which, in turn, affected my ability to deliver my best.

Beyond being a CEO, I’m also an Artist Representative, an entrepreneur, and a mentor for others striving to find themselves. Wearing all these hats can be overwhelming.

So, how do I find balance?
By learning to let go.

I’ve realized I can’t control everything or please everyone. What I can do is give my absolute best and trust the process.
