Part 2 | Yes, leaving is scary BUT so is letting something outstay its welcome in your life (and brain!!)

Think about all the conversations you’ve had in your head lately

The ones that go something like:
“Maybe it’ll get better”
“I can just deal with it for now”
“I don’t want to make a fuss or cause anything”
“I feel stuck”
“It’s not perfect, but it’s fine”

And usually… it doesn’t actually change on its own

We stay in jobs that drain us
In friendships that drain way more than they pour
In relationships that you know aren’t right
Because leaving is scary
Because change feels hard
Because it’s easier to just keep quiet

But here’s the thing: the longer we stay somewhere that doesn’t fit
The harder it is to get to the places and the people that actually do…

The longer we wait, the more energy it costs
The more little pieces of ourselves we give away
And the more time just… goes on

So here’s a soft truth for today
Trust your intuition
Notice what’s taking more from you than it gives
Even just noticing that? That’s already a step toward something better
Even just admitting it quietly to yourself is progress
