Part 1 | I ‘FELL OFF’, I feel fluffy, I feel horrible, I feel unfit & unhealthy. BUT life ran its course and I wasn’t ready to commit to myself and a routine again until I had sorted out other areas. But now I have, and I’m now self employed… I am gagging for some structure and to get my love for my fitness journey back again. I want to add - this is all part of the journey and it will forever be up and down,  dipping in and out. As life fluctuates, so do we ✨
