Maybe your job isn’t the problem - it’s you trying to hold onto it and outstay your welcome 🫢

Life looked very different a couple of months ago. I was a shell of myself in a job that drained me, going through the motions, thinking that maybe this was just how life was supposed to be. I had ideas about what I wanted, but I’d never believed I could actually make them happen - they felt too far gone

And then it felt like the universe stopped waiting for me to grow a spine, and it shoved me into the deep end. I quit my job just before Christmas with no plan lined up - just that I needed to get out. I thought I was just leaving a toxic situation, to go into anything I could get as soon as possible (and I didn’t care what it was doing at this point. Even looked at coffee shops, deliveries, I just didn’t want to be in the same situation I’d left)

That leap became the push & chance I needed to live out the dreams I’d quietly written off

Now I’m creating content full-time. Freelance, collabs, brand projects… some days it still feels unreal, like I’m doing something wrong, like this can’t really be my life. But it is. It’s a lot of work, don’t get me wrong - I don’t clock out, but it’s mine and it’s given me a lot of confidence back in the work I love doing after doubting myself for a long while whilst I was completely burnt out 

This is proof of something I want you to remember: you can literally rewrite your story faster than you think, but only if you give yourself permission to start

So if you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or like you’ve fallen behind… take this as your nudge. Your current destination isn’t your end destination. And dreams don’t just happen - you have to show up for them. And yes, it’s scary, but the scariest thing is never trying at all…
