This Art Therapy felt like a heartbeat you could actually hear. 🥁💛

From toddlers discovering rhythm for the first time to elders nodding in ancestral agreement… this one was different. It was family. It was love stretched across generations. It was yoga mats unrolling next to drum circles, laughter harmonizing with live jams, and strangers leaving as kin.

Black. Brown. White. Shoulder to shoulder.
No hashtags needed for solidarity when you can feel it in the room.

We created a soft place to land and a loud place to express. Paint, clay, sound bowls, breath, bass lines, babies dancing by the speakers. Healing that didn’t whisper… it pulsed.

Art Therapy isn’t just an event. It’s a reminder.
That community still works.
That peace is possible.
That creativity is medicine.

Thank you to every soul who showed up with open hands and open hearts. This was one of the best yet because YOU made it that way.
