## Caption

The Cervical JPE Test is a simple yet powerful way to assess neck proprioception—how accurately you can sense and control the position of your head.

By using a laser pointer on the head and a target on the wall, we can measure how close someone can return to a neutral head position after turning or moving their neck with their eyes closed. 

Larger errors suggest impaired cervical sensorimotor control, which is common after neck pain, whiplash, or concussion.

This test not only helps identify proprioceptive deficits but can also be used to guide and monitor rehabilitation—improving head control, balance, and movement confidence.
