There is a small, quiet chapel in Paris that feels like heaven touched the earth.
At Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal on Rue du Bac, a young nun named Catherine Labouré experienced something extraordinary in 1830.  Her incorrupt body lays there under Mary's gentle care. 
She saw the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Not in a dream.
Not in imagination.
But standing before her  radiant, gentle, powerful.
And there, inside the chapel, is the simple blue chair where Our Lady sat during the apparition. It’s still there. Quiet. Unassuming. Covered in softness and reverence. When you stand near it, you feel the weight of grace.
Mary asked Catherine to have a medal struck  the Miraculous Medal  with the words:
“O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.”
Millions have worn it. Millions have prayed through it. And countless miracles have been attributed to it.
The front shows Mary standing on the globe, crushing the serpent — light pouring from her hands.
The back holds the M, the Cross, the Sacred Hearts  love and sacrifice intertwined.
Paris can be loud, fashionable, dazzling…
But here, in this hidden chapel, there is silence. There is presence. There is something ancient and maternal.
If you ever find yourself in Paris, step into Rue du Bac.
Sit.
Breathe.
Look at the blue chair.
And remember that heaven once leaned down and whispered here. 💙
