AI is changing daily. Hourly, even.

This week alone we’ve seen:
- OpenAI acquired Rockset, a real-time analytics database company, to enhance its data retrieval capabilities across products.
- Major updates to agents that can autonomously complete multi-step tasks—meaning AI can now handle entire workflows without human input.
This has huge implications for knowledge workers, creatives, marketers, admin teams, and consultants.
Jobs that once required multiple human steps are now being streamlined—and in some cases, replaced—by AI that can plan, execute, and optimise on its own.
- Tech giants like Meta, Amazon, Alphabet, and Microsoft announced plans to invest up to $320 billion in AI infrastructure in 2025, highlighting the intensifying AI competition. 

I don’t profess to know it all. How could we. 
But I am keeping my finger on the pulse—as much as any of us can in this rapidly evolving landscape.

And I’ll say this with certainty:
In 24 years of running my own businesses, I have never seen anything move with the speed, momentum, and sheer velocity of AI.

Part of it? I love.
Part of it? It honestly scares the hell out of me.

It’s a tightrope.
But it’s one I believe we all need to walk—because this is not something we can afford to ignore.
