✨ I’ve run 14 retreats since Hugo was born, but this one was something extraordinary. ✨

18 months ago, I made a decision to dive headfirst into something I’d spent most of my life avoiding: technology.

AI felt intimidating—like something for other people, not for me. But I kept going, studying relentlessly, becoming a certified prompt engineer, and testing everything until it finally clicked.

And over the past 4 days, I watched 12 brilliant humans have that same moment of transformation.

Some had never opened ChatGPT. Others used it daily. But all of them left with their minds blown.

Over 31 hours of teaching, we:
🌿 Created fully trained custom GPTs tailored to each business
🌿 Designed brand voice stacks and AI prompt playbooks
🌿 Solved big strategic challenges and micro workflow problems
🌿 Mapped visions, goals, and habits
🌿 Turned rough ideas into clear offers, decks, and plans
🌿 Made content ecosystems, visuals, and learning guides
🌿 Had dance-offs to the soundtracks we created together (because why not?)

We did it all with curiosity, experimentation, and a lot of laughter.

This wasn’t dry, technical training. This was about showing that AI can be fun, creative, and deeply human. That it can help you build something bigger than you imagined—and do it with ease and joy.
