Now I build AI agents before breakfast.

(Okay, maybe not before breakfast—but close. 😏)

Tech was my mountain.

Today, I built my first AI agents - and everything shifted.

For 24 years, I ran my businesses as “the visionary.” 

But when I became a mum, everything changed. I wanted more time, more presence, and a leaner business model. That meant I had to stop outsourcing what scared me—and start learning it.

And then AI arrived.

What started as curiosity quickly became obsession. I realised: the way I’ve always worked-seeing systems, giving creative direction, connecting dots, problem solving - is exactly how AI works, too.

Today, I taught myself how to build my first GPT agent in ChatGPT. Then I explored Copilot’s Agent tools. And for the first time in my life, I’m not just keeping up with tech… I’m in the depths.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

No one is an “expert” in AI yet. The field is moving too fast.
You don’t need to know code. You need to know how to prompt.
The barrier to entry has never been lower—but the opportunity has never been bigger.

In July, I’ll be running my Beginners AI Retreat in Byron Bay, followed by a more advanced version in September. July was originally completely sold out, but we’ve now moved a few of the more advanced attendees into the September retreat—so there are spots available in both. These retreats are designed for founders, creatives, coaches, and entrepreneurs who want to build AI into their workflow without losing their voice, their soul, or their originality.
