Yellow is the color of the solar plexus — the center of personal power, self-worth, and quiet confidence. Confidence to be powerful, authentic, while creating my life in my highest timeline. 

When you wear yellow, you’re not asking for permission.
You’re reminding your nervous system:

I am safe to be seen.
I am safe to shine.
I am safe to take up space.

Lately I’ve been very intentional about the colors I surround myself with… because regulation is not only breathwork and meditation — it’s environment, texture, light, and yes… color.
