#AmazfitPartner My friends at amazfit.global hooked me up with their T-Rex 3 Smartwatch and I’ve been super hyped on it! As I’ve gotten older, I’ve been a lot more conscious of my overall health. Keeping track of my sleep, diet, training, etc. has kept me more motivated to stay consistent with all of it. I’ve always dreaded cardio but now I monitor my heart rate and try to stay in a certain zone which has helped keep me engaged. and made it more fun. This thing is built like a tank, and the battery lasts almost an entire month! Check it out!
