I was fat and unaware of my body.
Didn’t eat right. Slept wrong. Chased taste over health. Drank what did me no good.

Life on the outside looked enjoyable, but inside I was breaking myself down.
It caught up with me — fatty liver, kidney stones, constant struggle.

That’s when I stepped into the gym.
Not just to train… but to heal. To rebuild. To start my recovery phase. 💪✨

Now I’m stronger than ever — chasing higher goals, vibrating at a higher frequency, striving to thrive, nurture, preserve, and protect. ⚡
