Think you have chronic fatigue?

Let’s talk about that.

For years, “chronic fatigue” has been used as a label when someone feels constantly exhausted but the root cause hasn’t been identified yet. It’s not that the fatigue isn’t real. It absolutely is. But the idea that it’s just a standalone condition without a driver underneath has been increasingly challenged.

Because fatigue almost always has a physiological reason behind it.

One of the most overlooked drivers? Digestion.

If digestion isn’t working properly, nutrients don’t get broken down and absorbed efficiently. Your body then has to work harder just to produce the same amount of energy.

Add things like:
→ unstable blood sugar
→ chronic low-grade inflammation
→ poor protein digestion aka low stomach acid
→ mineral deficiencies
→ gut dysbiosis

…and energy slowly drains over time.

This is why people can be eating well, training regularly, sleeping enough and still feel exhausted.

Because the system responsible for extracting energy from food isn’t functioning properly.

Fatigue is rarely the starting point.
It’s usually the downstream signal that something earlier in the chain isn’t working as it should.

If you struggle with fatigue, here are a few areas worth supporting:

→ Stabilise blood sugar with balanced meals and adequate protein
→ Support digestion so nutrients can actually be absorbed
→ Replenish key minerals like magnesium and iron
→ Reduce chronic inflammation in the gut
→ Prioritise nervous system recovery

If you want to uncover the actual root cause behind your fatigue, that’s exactly what I help my clients do.
