I wish more women knew this. ⬇️

Most “hormone problems” women are diagnosed with…aren’t actually hormone problems.

PCOS.
Endometriosis.
Painful periods.

These are usually framed as issues with the ovaries or the reproductive system.

But hormones don’t just wake up one day and decide to cause chaos.

They respond to what’s happening in the body; they respond to its environment.

Things like:

- insulin resistance
- chronic inflammation
- gut dysfunction
- nutrient depletion
- stress physiology

When those systems are under pressure, the menstrual cycle is often the first place the signal shows up.

Which is why simply suppressing hormones or trying to “balance your hormones” rarely fixes the real issue.

This is exactly what I’ve been breaking down in my Women’s Health Series on Substack.

So far we’ve covered:

- Endometriosis (what’s actually driving the condition + the protocol)
- PCOS (why it’s primarily metabolic + the protocol)
- Painful periods (why period pain isn’t “normal” + the root cause )

And there’s a lot more coming.

PMS.
Missing periods.
Estrogen dominance.
Fertility.
Perimenopause.

Basically, all the things women are told to just “manage”.

If you want to start reading the series, comment SUBSTACK and I’ll send it to you 🤍

Because once you understand what your body is actually responding to, everything starts to make a lot more sense.
