Spring is a gentle reminder that you’re allowed to begin again.

And that’s exactly how my health journey began.

It was spring when I tried my first juice fast. I wasn’t a nutritionist yet. I was just a girl who was sick of feeling off — the kind of “off”, googling all the symptoms for solutions. 

Bloated, tired, unmotivated, and constantly searching for answers that never came.

That first reset changed something in me.

I didn’t just feel lighter — I felt clearer. More energised. Like my body had finally taken a deep breath after holding it in for far too long.

Since then, juice fasting has become one of my non-negotiables. 

I do it twice a year, every year — and it continues to surprise me how powerful it is. My gut feels incredible, my skin glows, my mind sharpens. It’s like my whole system gets a reminder of how good it can feel.

And now I guide others through the same experience.

The Spring Juice Fast isn’t a diet.

It’s a full-body reset. A reintroduction to the version of you that isn’t bloated, inflamed or weighed down.
