Nathan’s 12 week transformation journey

Since we began this journey, he has been proactive in asking questions and taking decisive action. By adjusting his macros, he has learned to identify and manage sugar intake while balancing the correct macros for our goals. Despite running his own business, he has not missed a single training session, committing to four days a week with appropriate rest days. Throughout the 12 weeks, we made minimal adjustments to ensure he maintained energy for his daily activities and still enjoyed his weekends. His dedication is truly commendable!

I’m so proud to see these results. He adhered to the plan consistently, and it has truly paid off. What I enjoyed most was witnessing his growing confidence in photos. While taking initial progress pictures can be nerve-wracking, his consistency with images and tracking made a significant difference.
