I used to be scared of getting older…
Not because of wrinkles — but because I didn’t want to lose me.

But the more I’ve worked on myself — mentally, physically, emotionally — the more I actually love who I’m becoming. I feel stronger in my body, clearer in my mind, and way more confident in who I am.

Yeah, I train hard. That definitely helps me feel young.
And I’ll be honest — I’ve had a bit of Botox and filler too with fi.liz.in . No shame in that at all.
But the biggest changes haven’t come from any of that…
They’ve come from growth, healing, discipline, and finally choosing myself.

Right now, I feel powerful.
I feel strong.
I feel loved.
And for the first time in a long time, I really see myself.

I’m not scared of aging anymore. I’m enjoying this journey more than ever.
