This is how fitness changed my life…

I started working out when I was 17 and I was struggling with things that happened in my past and so I decided it was time to make a change.

Things which happened to me as a child then started making me get worse in terms of drinking and more was leading to this challenge in my life. I went through a bad patch with drugs and drinks and needed a new addiction. 

Fitness for me helped me as the new healthy addiction made me feel better in myself and my mental health. Because I struggled with trauma without realising for so long, I needed something that could help me change my body and also upgrade my mindset.

It was hard at first, I was doing so many different variations of training in the gym and sometimes twice a day and although the results were good, I didn’t REALLY start making changes until I hired a PT to help me get more structure, by following others in the industry who I looked up to and buying  books to help learn more about nutrition and training.

So I decided to become an online trainer because of my own transformation, helping others mentally and physically, to build a community and to help others by making high quality fitness programs to help others with structure and support. This all fuels me to help more men completely change their lives.
