The results we got in the 7 weeks with my beautiful client courtniebrayne 

Our main goal was for her to transition from Bikini to Wellness and have a 1 year off-season to give her the best opportunity to compete in wellness 

Our plans changed once courtniebrayne felt she wasn’t enjoying the journey, so we put a hold on our bulk and started a tiny up phase for a photo shoot and holiday.

The progress we have made in 7 weeks is outstanding and I’m so proud of her

Single mum working a full time job and still making time from her busy schedule to accomplish self goals 🙌🏽
