It’s my birthday! 

So guys, as usual, I’ve been shockingly absent from here, but I have just been soooo busy settling into Sussex after the big move from London. 

My boy is now commuting to London for school every day and my girl has started a new school and because we are rural that means I now have 4.5hrs of school runs every day, leaving at 06.40 every morning! 

Plus we just got planning permission to convert a barn on the property into a 3 bed house that me and the kids are going to live in. 

My 14yr old daughter Coco and I had planned to do it as a self build ourselves, but it turns out we do in fact need help from some builders ? 🤔 

Anyway, it’s very exciting because works started a few days ago and I’m project managing the whole thing so it’s been crazy crazy craaaaazy!! 

I’ll catch you all up from the beginning over the next few days and then hopefully you’ll join me on our new renovation / conversion journey and follow along for the ride! 

Oh … and did you guess how old that means I am?
