Writing this post at 05:15 AM on a Tuesday morning, still fully immersed in the deepest awakening month I have had since 2014.

My hair still smells like burnt sage, my body is slightly trembling but fully awake on only an ounce of sleep as it experiences with wondrous eyes how much power and grace it had locked away inside for so so so long.

Since turning 30 end of of May, I have chosen a full-on reclamation.

Embarking on multiple & a variety of plant medicine journeys,

saying goodbye to my teacher of 5+ years and my assisting role for her, 

shedding generational trauma, 

integrating subconscious sabotage patterns and 100% reclaiming the autonomy over the sacred vessel that gives me my reality: my body🥰.

Why go through all this, go through so much purging?

⚡️To be of service ❤️‍🔥

As I release the fears from the strands of my DNA that would’ve forever kept me small, 

as I re-embody all my inherent power and deepest potential, I re-claim it ALSO for everyone who comes into contact with my work, with my mission.

So as I prepare for my final plant medicine journey in 1 week whilst still grappling with the one I embarked on a mere 24 hours ago (that had me pass out supposedly quite gracefully with crossed eyes multiple times), 
the words of Churchill echo within:

‘When you’re going through hell, keep going.’

And I will take my own advice this time to add to that:

‘Daaamn human, you are so much more powerful than your mind could possibly comprehend.’
