This week on the CarGuys we’re time-travelling to the 2000s to find the ten best cars that I would buy in a heartbeat.

I’ve already made episodes on the 1980s and 1990s cars that would make it into the CarGuys garage, and now it’s time for the decade that brought us the dawn of a new millennium, Big Brother, the Kardashians, the iPod, the war on terror, and social media.

It was also the point in time where cars became even more reliable, more exciting and… more expensive.

There were no touchscreens, intrusive nanny-state drivers aids, online connectivity or start/stop. And as you’ll see, the cars were wild, often scary, but fundamentally exciting. The perfect recipe for the CarGuys.
