Territory and reign: He ruled over a large territory in the Maasai Mara with his brothers for over ten years, a period much longer than the average for male lions. 
Fights and dominance: He was known for his strength and courage, famously killing over 400 hyenas and 130 rival male lions. He was also believed to be one of the only lions to have killed an adult hippo in a one-on-one fight. 
Fame and legacy: He became a global celebrity through documentaries, attracting tourists from around the world to see him. 
Death: He died peacefully of natural causes in June 2021, at the age of 14. Before his death, he traveled back to be close to his original territory. #fyp #articles #fighters
