Last month, I participated in a program in Ubud, Bali called h.u.o.m.n , let me tell you about my experience ✨✨

For a long time, I had been struggling with muscle pain and a weakened immune system, leading to frequent illnesses despite normal test results. Western medicine hadn’t been effective for me, and I’m generally not a spiritual person nor do I typically believe in Eastern healing methods. After many disappointments, I found the Houmn program and decided to give it a try, though I had little hope.

The program, which focuses on alternative healing techniques for those who have endured severe trauma, truly surprised me with its profound impact. Even though I appeared healthy and led a good life, I didn’t realize how much trauma—despite feeling mentally okay (debatable 😂)—was affecting my physical well-being.

Houmn opened my eyes to how trauma can impact health long after the event itself. It introduced me to new methods and tools for healing and restoring my body to a healthier state. It’s been a long journey and requires a lot of work, but the clarity I gained after years of being dismissed by doctors was incredible. Finally, I understood that my pain was real and that there was a reason the medication hadn’t worked.

I highly recommend this program; it’s been truly life-changing. Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet some incredible people along the way.

A special thank you to KY and Lolo for the amazing experience, and to all the wonderful people who added so much color to this journey. #healing #nervensystem #traumarecovery
