I have a very exciting announcement…‘I’VE WRITTEN A COOKBOOK!

I never imagined that when I switched to a whole-food plant-based diet back in 2017 that I would be here as a soon-to-be published author of a plant-based recipe book, so it’s a proud moment for me.

Plant Fuel is a reflection of my ethos when it comes to plant-based nutrition: full of flavour, simple and nutritious.
