Can you create healthy plant-based meals on a budget? 🌱💰

The answer is a resounding YES — I recently went on jamieoliver’s One Pound Wonders and Money Saving Meals to share a budget-friendly and healthy Sweet Chilli Tofu recipe which came out at £1.66 per portion.

I used a homemade sweet chilli sauce which came out perfectly — you can dial up the heat as you please 🌶️
