## Caption

Hamstring Flexibility can be very helpful to perform a few tricks on skates such as the #heels #splits , #highkick , #legup (bandera)
You can do them before you begin your practice and a few of them before you take off your skates. I also do them sometimes on my brake while I chat with my friends :) 

Video 1: 
-straighten your spine feeling it’s pulling up as you bend forward
-don’t lock your knees
-all 8 #wheels should be touching the floor
-(I repeat at least 10 times)

Video 2: 
(using the same spinal cord position as 1st video, you will):
-with one skate put your #toestop (if you have one, if not stand on 4 #wheels but on a surface your wheels won’t #roll) 
-bring the other skate forward on your heels feeling your hamstrings stretch, while arching your back
-hold and repeat with other skate for a few times. 

Video 3: 
-laying on your back making sure your lower back is touching the floor/mat, bring one skate up pulling your heel towards the sky/ceiling. 
-with your hands pull your leg towards you. 
-repeat with other leg
