Come with me to one of Darjeeling’s most Instagrammable and historic spots — Glenary’s, a bakery that’s been serving since 1885.
Fun fact: it was once called Pliva’s, before being renamed by an Englishman named Mr. Glenary, whose family ran it for decades! 🏛️

Right on Mall Road, this café still holds that colonial-era charm — vintage interiors, creaky wooden floors, and the smell of freshly baked bread wafting through the air.

I tried the blueberry muffin, a chewy coconut macaroon, and a Paris Brest — a French choux pastry ring filled with praline cream (the kind that melts as you bite in).
And of course, their cold coffee — thick, creamy, and one of the best in town. ☕🤎

Between the balcony views of the misty hills and the nostalgia in every corner — Glenary’s is pure Darjeeling magic.
Because some places don’t just serve food; they serve history with a side of sweetness. ✨
