Masculine and feminine energies serve different functions, not competing ones.

Most men are not threatened by women stepping into masculine traits. 

What creates friction is role confusion. Masculine roles are rooted in protection, provision under pressure, and responsibility in moments of risk. Those roles exist because of biological and historical realities, not insecurity.

When a woman presents herself as occupying a masculine role while still expecting a man to fulfill masculine responsibilities, the mismatch creates tension. It is not fear. It is incongruence.

And ultimately an extreme sense of annoyance not a sense of insecurity and definitely not a threat. 

Imagine how a woman would feel if a man was being overly feminine? She wouldn't see him as a thread but she would see him as an annoyance and repulsive. The same is true when the shoe is on the other foot. 

Healthy attraction is built on complementary polarity, not competition. When each person honors what they are naturally wired to bring to the dynamic, respect forms without force and leadership emerges without resistance.

Trying to compete in roles you are not designed to carry does not create power. Alignment does.
