Growing up in Singapore, this dish holds a special place in my heart.
At NOS. Bakehouse, I wanted to share a little piece of that culture with you — our take on the classic Kaya Toast.

We make our own kaya jam in-house — a rich, silky coconut jam made from coconut milk, eggs, and pandan — layered between buttery toast for that perfect sweet-savoury balance.

You can enjoy it with:

🍳 Shaved Cured Egg Yolk for our modern NOS twist.
