What a great way to start the week with news of being awarded the Global Leadership Impact Award! 

It’s always wonderful to be recognized for the things you do consistently and passionately, day in and day out.

This award is a timely reminder that leading with purpose, resilience, and heart  makes a difference. Impact often happens quietly, one step, one conversation, decision at a time ; it’s what I have practiced since I started my business 23 years ago.

Having led more than 70 expeditions and retreats around the globe I can say hand on heart that this Global Impact Award is one of the cherries on the cake!!!
