Ana got me into great shape for my 60 th birthday ( 3 years ago now ! ) became a mountain buddy on Mount Ararat in Turkey to celebrate her 40 th birthday ( exactly what i did for my 40 th birthday 23 years ago !! ) and managed to persuade her beach loving husband pedrombsalvador  to climb with us !! 
Blessed to attend Ana & Pedro’s wedding in Portugal and know they will be lifelong friends and inspiring role models ! Love you guys 💪💫🙏💪💕
