No guts, no glory.. I strongly live by this quote and teach to every single one of my clients.
Some of them are afraid or nervous by just being in front of the camera, 1:1 with a videographer, overthinking every word or facial expression. 

So, to overcome this simply understand, people follow and listen to confident and courageous people. If your message isn’t clear or convincing don’t expect anyone to tune in. They need to FOLLOW you for a reason. People follow leaders. 

If you’re not naturally an extrovert, then imagine that you just swallowed a confidence pill, yes that’s right. You already showed up to the shoot or a presentation in front of dozens, hundreds or even thousands, decided to inspire, teach and make content that day, so make the most of your time and their time consuming it worth it! Have the balls!

Also a pro tip, whenever you make content, just know people consume it privately, you might see thousands or millions of views but realistically all those people have sat and spend thst time 1vs1 with you to consume and connect. They’re not all in one big stadium, laughing or judging you.. get that out of your head today!

So whenever you create, imagine you are talking with a friend who asked for an advice. This psycholigical mindset shift can litterally change your life and trajectory of your brand.
