Almost 18 years into this sport ! Everything hurts 
Most days I wake up and I’m at a 6 out of 10 pain most of the day in all my joints after the volume of work I’ve put my body through - I can’t complain 18 years is a long time pushing it 

but I’m still getting after it ! Scrapping every round 

Taking the opportunities god provides ! 

None of us know when our journey ends - all we can do is maximise the time we do have ! 

For now - staying sharp so that the squad gripperjiujitsu can benefit from me sharing the mats with them remains a strong priority
