Consistency. When I first started, I was tempted to take “injectable shortcuts” like all of us gym rats, but I knew that wouldn’t truly fulfill me. Instead, I’m glad I chose the right decision for me to stay natural. I waited and trained diligently for eight years to achieve the look you see in this picture. I believe this speaks volumes about what consistency can bring to any area of life-whether it’s business, love, or personal growth not only when building your body.

Throughout my life, I’ve faced situations that required large amounts of patience and perseverance even though I did not have much of it growing up.
I’ve met people in both business and personal relationships who struggled with patience, awareness and being unable to work for their moment. Yet, the best things come to those who remain consistently delusional. There’s an indescribable satisfaction in knowing that YOU have earned your success, whether it’s in business, relationships, or physical fitness. When you work hard and stay committed, no one can take away the sense of accomplishment you feel.

After this event which was already 9 months ago, I feel and can say now - I’m born again, molded into a man. Everything I am doing now is with full confidence and awareness of my greatness. I wish to everyone who comes accross this post arrive to this enlightenment one day.

Lastly, I want to mention possibly the most competent coach, exercise and nutrition science expert elvisgains who helped and supported me on this journey. This wouldn’t be as achievable and effective on my first time without you, that is for sure. Thank you brother!
