I had a thought-provoking conversation with Andrew Kiguel, the CEO and Chairman of Realbotix Corp., a company pushing the boundaries of AI and robotics.

During our discussion, Andrew shared their unique approach to robotics: “We’re not just opening a bread or computer store; we’re creating something completely new. Our goal is to bring full-size humanoid robots to industries like theme parks, museums, hotels, and casinos.”

What sets their robots apart? As Andrew explains: “Our robots are not only designed to look friendly and approachable but are also open-source. That means we can run any AI system, from ChatGPT to proprietary AI models, giving us endless possibilities for customisation.”

Andrew also touched on the rapid growth of the entertainment robot market: “The entertainment robot market is set to be worth $150 billion by 2029. Imagine robots greeting you at a casino, guiding you to your destination or even answering questions!”
