I had the incredible opportunity to sit down with Paul J. Foster, a global executive and thought leader whose career spans esports, the Olympic movement, and international consultancy. As the CEO of the Global Esports Federation (GEF), Paul has led the organisation to nearly 180 member federations worldwide. He shared with me how the GEF is promoting the credibility and prestige of esports, uniting global players, industry leaders, and partners, including those within the United Nations and Olympic systems.

Paul shared his excitement about the upcoming Olympic e-Sports Games, a monumental moment for the esports community. "We’re excited that esports has been able to contribute to the Olympic movement, something really important for me," he said.

We also discussed the World Technology Organisation, where Paul serves as Executive Chairman and its role in advancing science and technology. With the World Technology Games launching in 2026, the event will be a game-changer in showcasing global innovation. "Our motto here is inspiring human ingenuity," Paul added.
