The idea of modding your car is to make changes that are not obnoxious and still keeps the factory look. While there are some mods that will hurt the value of your car, there are others that will definitely improve the value. This is what we call an "OEM+ configuration."⁠
⠀⁠⁠
⁠Here are two tasteful modifications that you can do to increase the value of your car.⁠
⠀⁠⁠
Wheels; One of the biggest improvements that can be made is the wheels. Having complimenting wheels to the style of your car increases appearances drastically, but don't go overboard. While contrasting colors such as silver, black, or bronze look great, don't opt for red, blue, or any other crazy colors.⁠
⠀⁠⁠
Suspension; Most OEM suspension, no matter the make, leaves a slightly larger gap for a higher "safe" ride height. By slightly lowering the vehicle, usually 1"-1.5" adjustable, you still retain a factory-like ride height but give it a more aggressive look, better handling, and performance without changing the dynamics of the car.⁠
