Rudy Royale 🐓 x Two Blokes Brewing 🍻 Tap Takeover event is happening now! ❤️✨ This week is the last chance to check out each of their four course pairings in collaboration with local twoblokesbrewing - known for their approachable beers that everyone can enjoy! 

Here’s a look into the pairings:

🦪 Oyster Shooter 🤝 People People Eater Sour Slushie
🐠 Temura Flounder 🤝 Umlaut Kolsch
🍝 Short Rib Ragu 🤝 She Shell Oyster Stout
🧡 Pumpkin Bread 🤝 Blōktoberfest Marzen

If I had to pick a favorite, as someone who always gravitates towards a great pasta dish, the Short Rib Ragu with pappadelle with everything I could have ever dreamed of 💭 truly melted in your mouth and the Stout was such a perfect pairing 🤌🏼✨ 

⭐️ Also need to give an honorable mention to the pumpkin bread 🤩 The apple filling was so reminiscent of the PA Dutch apple butter I grew up on back home in Lancaster county 😍Topped with pumpkin spiced frosting and candied pecans, this was the most amazing ending to our meal and had me leaving with such a warm feeling of fall nostalgia 💗

Even if you aren’t the absolute biggest beer girlie, please trust me when I say this isn’t just for craft connoisseurs!! This was such a new + fun way to expand my palette and test drive some new flavors, that I ended up falling in love with! 

Highly recommend reserving a table online, as this takeover only runs through the end of November ⏰
