My asking for you to comment isn’t for likes and follows. Your interaction helps me steer the content in a direction with purpose.

This was inspired from recent conversations with my client, regarding body composition goals and what combination of training styles/nutrition would best facilitate that within their lifestyle.

The longer I’ve coached, the more I believe gen-pop can (and should) learn from all these different training styles.
