This is a good representation of how the first half of iso treated me, or how I treated myself I should say. The first shot was taken 2 weeks before Melbourne went into lockdown, the second was 4 months later of stress managed by partying, no training, Uber eats or not eating at all.⁣
⁣
The reality is my headspace was poor and stepping foot into my empty place of business only made me feel worse about the circumstances.⁣

The dad bod was fun to rock for a little while but after the two week tease before lockdown no. 2, I wasn’t going to allow that ship to maintain course.⁣
